Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order for an unused Voucher Activation Code within 90 days without giving any reason for doing so.

Conditions for Returns

In order to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

• The order was purchased in the last 90 days;
• The Voucher Activation Code is unused. This means that no color name was given using the Voucher Activation Code.

Refund Procedure

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email: support@store.color-register.org .

The amount you’ve paid will be refunded to you within 14 days of receiving your notification, with the same payment method you’ve used for your purchase. There are no additional charges for refunds.
